The Godin ACS-SA is one of the company's innovative guitar offerings, blending a nylon classical guitar with Godin's unique solid body design. Its chambered maple body and cedar top provide an on-board electronics system for a pure acoustic sound, and it features a 13-pin connector for use with guitar synthesizers, offering a wealth of options for the player.

The Multiac series represents the pinnacle of Godin's acoustic-electric guitar lineup. Whether for recording, live performance, or simply seeking an exceptional plugged-in tone, these instruments deliver exceptional results. The Multiac line includes both nylon and steel-string models, distinguished by the two electronic systems utilized across the series. The RMC-equipped Multiacs offer synth access capabilities, while the Duet models feature custom dual-source systems by L.R. Baggs.

The ACS model blends classical guitar concepts with elements of solid body design. It employs the comfortable neck from the Multiac Nylon, coupled with a maple body and cedar top, to create Godin's most affordable synth-accessible guitar. Despite its chambered body, the maple top provides a response more akin to a solid body design than a traditional acoustic. This design results in an instrument virtually free of feedback, making it easy to use even in high-volume band settings.

The mahogany neck features an ebony fretboard with 22 medium nickel frets and offset dot inlays, and the deep cutaway allows easy access to the higher frets.

The Multiacs utilizing the RMC Polydrive system are identifiable by the individual transducer saddles under each string. This system not only produces exceptional amplified sound, but also generates a hexaphonic output through a 13-pin connector, providing direct access to Roland GR-Series synthesizers. The key to the Multiac's exceptional synth tracking lies not just in the electronics, but also in the carefully selected and balanced blend of tonewoods used in its construction. Extensive prototype testing has resulted in the optimum combination of plugged-in guitar tone and synth tracking capabilities.

All Multiac SA models are equipped with two outputs: a 1/4-inch phone output for use with a standard guitar cable, and a 13-pin connector for hexaphonic (individual string) output to guitar synth devices.
